Pembrook Meadow

Together with the PMHOA board, we developed an extensive maintenance plan with the goal of reducing long term maintenance and foregoing all non-organic chemical treatments. This being achieved by utilizing new science backed methods to reduce plant shearing by using natural hand pruning techniques to aid natural growth while managing shrub size. Our crews have also taken on the renovation of over seven acres of turf using only organic moss control and selective herbicides. As part of our efforts to better the environment we help maintain, our crews have also committed to use alternative fueled equipment with a heavy emphasis on battery powered mowers, line trimmers and blowers.
